Interested to know how do you pick domain names for future projects. Is it impulsive?

Is this really a "help build" situation? Or is this a "I own the domain, you build the app" type deal where somehow the domain squatter gets a cut?

This looks like domain squatting with extra steps. That extra step being a semi-relevant splash page.

I think your website needs more info on what value you bring.

Maybe you can explain how you can help on these very very different topics/domains/names?

Squatting domains is not "helping".
