It includes the first peak at performance figures for Ascalon.

It seems competitive to projected Zen5 performance, and they'll both be available in 2024.

RISC-V will no longer have a gap in performance to close.

I've thought it will take a couple of years longer than that, but Jim Keller knows what he is doing.

I think 2024 is probably working test chip, not a mass-production thing at a price you'd want to pay. That is probably still 2026, I'd think.
