Honestly. I have three really decent ideas that I think would be helpful for higher education, but I also have a mortgage and am middle-aged.

You need to manage stress better. If you're stopping because of that fear, then try going for a walk. Ashwagandha is great at relieving stress, just don't take it every day.
For me, what helped was a strong support system, but that not be something that everyone has access to. It would allow you to be a bit risky with your ventures.

I actually have posted (what I think) are really great startup ideas several times in the last few months but it focused on my political/controversial comments. I can tell you that #1 for me is profitability and #2 doing something cool.
