My Medium custom domain is broken, and their support system is broken too

The certificate of my Medium publication with custom domain (https://blog.financier.io), has expired.

I've tried to reach out to Medium about it (via https://help.medium.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), but I get an error:

"oops. We're sorry, but something went wrong."

Does anyone know how to contact Medium?

I stopped clicking medium posts because they are starting to require readers to sign up. To me it looks like they built up some engagement or lock-in and now they are in the full-on monetization stage.
