Scam of the year: Recruiting people to work for free

I received this email in my inbox.

tl;dr 3h/d for a month as a technical recruiter and you might get paid 10%

Note the first version of the email was less detailed and more confusing, and I was curious and kept asking questions ...

Our team has 12 engineers. 8 guys are from the US and 4 from the EU. We are driving 15 projects, and we are currently too busy with our ongoing projects. But we are receiving 10-20 interview requests daily, Therefore, we are seeking assistance from a skilled individual to represent us in these interviews on our behalf. We don't want to lose potential clients.

- Tech stacks React only: 40% MERN: 40% RoR and others: 10-20%

- Interviews On average, 3-5 steps. Introduction(30mins), Online assessments/test projects(We will do it), 1-2 technical rounds(45-60mins), Final round(60mins)

- Salary range for these full time / contract jobs Minimum is 60k maximum is 150k 90% full time roles and 10% contract roles, no freelancing project. 100% remote

- Options 1. Just interviews You can join our interviews on behalf of our engineer's profile. Our name, our work history, our education and your face and voice. Once you get an offer, we will pay 15% for each offer every month. The compensation will not be on an hourly basis but will depend on your interview skill sets.

        For instance, if you get a 120k job, we pay 1.5k every month.
        If you get three 120k jobs, we pay 4.5k per month during the lifecycle of the project.

    2. Interviews and the actual code work
        You can join our interviews on behalf of our engineer's profile.
        Our name, our work history, our education and your face and voice.
        Once you get an offer, you do the actual work with our member's name.

        For instance, if you get a 150k job, we pay 6k every month.
        If you get a 120k job, we pay 5k every month.
        If you get a 100k job, we pay 4k every month.
        If you get a 80k job, we pay 3.5k every month.
        If you get a 70k job, we pay 3k every month.
        If you get a 60k job, we pay 2.5k every month.

- Hours needed Before getting an offer, you will need to spend 2-3 hours everyday continuously. It will be difficult to get a job in the first month, but if you are highly skilled, you can get 2 offers from next month. After getting an offer. if you are going to do the actual work as well (second option), you will need to spend 3-5 hours everyday.(part time job, so that you can run your full time job as well.)

- Payment Any methods, we provide.(paypal, payoneer, wise, crypto, deel...) We are going to pay right after we get paid the first salary from the job that you are running.

- Guarantee We are open to share all credentials(email, job application history, calendar...)

NOT an HOURLY or MONTHLY basis as we are not sure your skill sets, also if you don't get an offer soon, we will lose a lot of potential clients. If you are going to work as hourly or monthly basis, don't reply.
