I'm unable to install or update apps on cellular and WiFi in US, east coast.

Edit: appears to be back up now.

Same here. Attempting to install or update on my computer gives me a message saying that there's an SSL error.

I've just updated 4 apps here in Ohio on my iPhone.

There were some issues with Maryland users and Apple Pay/Apple Wallet at about this time.
