Ask HN: Conversational Chatbot Self Host

Hi, what is the best tool for build a conversational chatbot, but oriented to answer questions based from documents (txt, md, pdf, etc)

I Try some options like GPT-2, and similar models, but the training not seems very easy, and the Q&A models requires a context, in other way I test too some frameworks but they not are very well (haystack)
