Therefore, in this SEIS, Reclamation is proposing operations that are specifically designed to manage the respective reservoirs at lower elevations in order to more reliably maintain congressionally authorized infrastructure, operations, water deliveries, and power generation, and to avoid dead pool conditions as possible.
