Elon's goal is turning Twitter into Gab without driving away influencer content. To do that he has to boil the frogs slowly. Any time a frog jumps out he has to cool it back down a bit until the frogs are comfortable again.

Elon could do better by just making a tag that says "Pro-establishment" and slap on anything he doesn't like.
