2. Does your potential customer exist? How many are there? How much would each of them spend to solve their problem? Where are they—-and are they easily reached?
3. Is the solution and the business expense worth it (based on the size of the market and the potential revenue)?
4. Is your idea easily disrupted by another technology or business with a larger reach our established brand?
