When a rich person spends money by suing, they have nothing to loose, only to gain. This reminds me of a former president suing his lawyer who helped him executing his dirty plans.
Years ago, Greenspan sued one of my friends (@WholeMarsBlog on Twitter) out of sheer spite. Greenspan is a well-known Tesla shortseller with a chip on his shoulder. When I saw this headline I just rolled my eyes; this will get thrown out.
I didn't know about the first part but he is droning on about Tesla for many hours every day in Twitter Spaces. The rest of his waking day he is tweeting about Tesla if it's really just one guy.
