Twitter and Discord are both down

Both work for me (germany)

I saw the same. I'm in San Jose, CA. I could access Reddit, DDG, Google, etc., but Discord, Twitter and DownDetector were inaccessible. Both cellular and hardwire ISP. Didn't seem to be DNS. I am wondering whether it was a regional infrastructure/peering issue.
