He is a clown, but calling him names without substance isn't interesting or valuable.

In this case, I think Twitter and every other person who helped train these models should have some upside from their success. If you disagree, please explain why.

I agree with you. That's why I deleted my Twitter account. I didn't want my valuable content and intellectual property to enrich any owner of Twitter, Elon or not.

Microsoft has no AI. They license OpenAI's models. One of countless way in which Elon's threats are non-factual and toothless.
