It's Russia - so a pirated copy will soon be available online. Getting english audio / subtitles will be an issue though as with most Russian TV series / movies. (And yeah, it should be very interesting - we could compare how close CGI effects of other space movies match with reality).
(Do western sanctions effect the Russian movie industry? If not it should be available in western theatres too, soon.)
