Intel Linux GPU Driver Ported to RiscV, ARM, PowerPC (youtube.com)

The kernel developer Rene Rebe, who already ported amdgpu RDNA2 support to RISCV, is at it again and started to port the Intel i915 driver for discrete DG1 and Arc GPU support to non-x86 CPU architectures, like RISCV, ARM and theoretically PowerPC, too.
