Ask HN: Is there an issue with HN timestamps?

I was following this topic in the morning https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=35640894 but now i see all timestamps a few minutes ago. If i go to top comment poster (https://news.ycombinator.com/threads?id=saulpw) i see it was 12 hours ago, but it appears as 12 minutes ago.

Is there any bug?
