Ask HN: Consulting services for evaluating startup offers?

I posted just before, that I received a startup offer that I may accept over my current startup. I'm wondering if there are experienced consultants who would be able to walk me through comparing the startups -- not comparing the offers themselves, but getting a third-party look at the prospects of the startups. I'm open to suggestions.
