When the discovery begins, it strikes me that if his judgment is bad enough to make these moves 'for the lulz' it's probably also bad enough that he's creating a trail evidence showing malice. I mean, before you even subpoena all the records from his activities today you already have him openly admitting it[1].
How does this man have investors trusting him with their funds. I wouldn't trust him with the authority given to an assistant manager at a McDonalds.
