Who is flagging these submissions? I can't understand why any of the submissions around this story are being flagged.

Tucker was/is a central figure in litigation where the amount in contention was at least $4.3 billion, $1.6 billion of which has been resolved for a hair under $800 million. If the rest ends up at about the same ratio, it will have over $2 billion.

Either Tucker was underpaid, or he was not worth it.
