Protonmail has a better spam filter than Gmail

A few months ago I decided that I wanted my own domain for email and set up a Protonmail account.

But since I have been using the same Gmail account for over a decade now, I knew the transition is going to be slow, so I set up email forwarding from Gmail to Protonmail to catch those last accounts that I might have forgotten about.

Today I receive 2 notifications on my phone:

1- Gmail: A clearly spam email telling me that I won a PS5 with a very shady link.

2- Gmail (a second time): telling me Protonmail refused the delivery of the forwarded email `rejected by rspamd filter`

So TL;DR today Protonmail caught an obvious spam with a simple free/open-source rule engine that all Gmail AI couldn't catch...

That's because you really won a PS5 dude!
So based on this one singular case where Gmail didn't catch a spam that Protonmail caught, we can therefore conclude that Protonmail has a better spam filter than Gmail.

When I word is like that, does it make it easy for you to see what may be wrong?
