Looks like they lost telemetry approaching the landing and didn't recover it. I guess it probably crashed, like the other ones (e.g. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=19638357 (2019)).
Landing radar was showing a couple hundred meters left, so, unless it was off by a lot, the telemetry loss was not it hitting the ground (last speed was 33 kph, so, if it hit the ground then, there will be no more contact)
