The tool is very amazing! We can record in live customer environment and the autofix part is really cool it suggested me the exact fix.
Tried it out. It's a versatile tool that you can use to track customer experience in multiple ways (it even suggests what to fix in code!) and the best part is that it's absolutely free. :)
