Prometheus Metrics in Laravel (fly.io)

I do appreciate the way fly.io writes their tutorials - they are quite clear and easy to understand, and the self-promotion is surprisingly well divided from the rest of the content.

Also was able to grab few other nuggets of info that I can take into my future apps from this.
