I would like all plastic to be tracked and heavy-taxed. That means if you are going to buy soda it will not be sold to you unless one of two options: you carry with yourself the identical bottle in enough good for recycling condition or the empty bottle will be tied to your passport until you pay some recycling fee. I would like to pay a several dollars per every 1kg of plastic I buy and I would like this money to be spent for all kinds of cleaning nature, sorting the garbage and building some recycling plants.
