The 23% cut the platform takes is killing the value proposition, what am I missing?

We're currently self hosting our bounties (https://mudlet.org/bounty) and that is working out alright.

hey Vadim, i'm one of the founders at algora. fees are lower for non-commercial projects like mudlet https://docs.algora.io/bounties/payments#pricing we'd love to hear from you & better understand your needs. the problem we have identified is low trust + high friction in paid open source. the platform solves the problem & adds value in the following ways:

- discovery (new contributors)

- workflow (/bounty and /claim commands in issues & PRs, Github bot)

- payments (fast: autopay on merge | safe & compliant: Stripe)

- logistics (invoices, summaries, 1099s for US-based solvers)

- visibility (public history, leaderboards, org pages, activity feed)

- new use cases (/tip, /split, hiring, content bounties ++)
