OK, before you post “who would ever listen to AI-generated podcasts?” please listen to a few. I think you’ll be impressed with the voice quality.

What excites me about AI-generated podcasts is not to produce a lot of mediocre quality at scale. But that for the first time ever it becomes economically viable to generate audio content personalized to your individual preferences.

I’d love to get your suggestions. But right now I’m considering the following types of data sources:

- Local weather forecast - Daily email summary - News headlines for your specific industry - Updates on your (stock) portfolio companies

The product isn’t quite there yet. But one idea is to provide you with a daily morning episode just for you.

Please let me know what you think.

These I can understand. Even at a news show that's usually text read by a speaker to the audience. I mean the speaker doesn't derive from the pre-written text, insert jokes, at most they make a pronunciation mistake. The examples on the websites about plants, motivational quotes I'd expect to have, well, passion. The AI speaker still sounds monotonous although I think you tweaked it a bit already.
