EU proposes spyware Tech Lab to keep Big Brother governments in check (theregister.com)

So much stupid things happens just because of inability to use FOSS on the smartphones. Who uses to put all those vulnerabilities, isn't it the same actor who disallows users to learn and patch their smartphones?
