we really need better governance for our global communications networks besides whatever maximizes profits for majority stakeholders of a few tech companies.
The calendar spam is real, and it doesn't serve anyone to pretend it's not.
Just like other anti-spam measures, non-spammers will get caught up in this. But a reasonable solution starts with acknowledging the issue is real: people figured out how to get calendar bookings on my calendar w/o my approval.
