Ask HN: As a bootstrapped solo founder, what else should I be working on?

I'm a bootstrapped solo founder heads down in building a product that has been validated. There are a ton of other things that I need to do like building a marketing site, business incorporation, etc.

When I'm in the weeds of dev work, I often think to my self what else could I be doing that's productive to move the needle forward, which can act as a temporary break from dev work?
