Ask HN: Could we decorate links to toots somehow?

I almost never click a HN link to a tweet. Lately some alternative services have picked up in usage. Content posted to those services has made it onto HN, which is great.

... But because of the damned fediverse, I can't recognize these links as micropublishing.

There's a culture here of explicitly labelling PDF links - could we similarly append [toot] (or whatever) when linking to microcontent / chat platforms?
