Not the one being sued, just found it and submit it to HN thinking it may be of interest.

feel like there is some missing data here; does roselli have insider knowledge and therefore forbidden to speak about/review the wellness (or lack there of) of said company?

Edit: oh, does not seem like inside knowledge; just one expert criticizing a company in a claimed 'smear campaign'
