Ask HN: Multi API data store and forward

I do not know the correct term. Does anyone know of software that can Pull and Push data to multiple api sources and destinations allowing data integration with multiple applications from multiple vendors?

I know of Cribl, however this does not have the store and forward functions, only streaming (AFAIK).

Edit: Is it called a data exchange platform?
