Migrating from a legacy orchestration stack to Prefect (austinweisgrau.github.io)

I always appreciate seeing demos of how folks go about implementation. I hope this is helpful for anyone looking into setting up Prefect in AWS ECS, or otherwise moving off of a limited legacy orchestration stack!
