Ask HN: How should I prepare for AI taking over my job?

Since AI in the coming future will make some jobs obsolete. How should a recent grad prepare for that and what path(as in what specific skills in CS) should they follow to make sure their jobs wont be replaced.

Have you considered a life of crime? I hear banking and running venture funds are quite lucrative.

A life of crime sounds wonderful but too risky for me. I would like to stay in computer science only.

Focus on trying to take over other people's jobs using AI.

I initially interpreted your suggestion as a job involving high risk infective entities which requiring sterilisation and being meticulously clean. I now also see it may just refer to sweat…
