Let's be honest. No one cares about abandoned Google Doc links. Those were never intended to be massively shared like a typical web page, and folks can trivially copy them. Also, when a company stops paying Google for the suite, they would go away already.
The only public content folks really care about that originates from Google at this point is YouTube, which will be unaffected.
