Anything involving "synergies"
At least synergy is not very common anymore.
"Standard" meaning commonly used: I had a manager "encourage" me to rewrite a reasonably large C project I was finishing off in Go for this reason. My lip still has the bite-marks.
"Leverage", "synergy", and "family".
Unless we're talking about Fast & Furious, family is an instant red flag.
"Announces" Mostly means nothing now. Things are announced all the time that don't exist and never will.
Also: "Will announce". You're telling me that sometime in the future you're going to announce something? Yeah, watch me not care.
"Modern"

"Rust"

- Young and enthusiastic team (we drink together)

- Agile (no processes)

- Fast-paced environment (same as above)

- Real-time (when not used in a CS sense, i.e. something happens relatively fast)

- Algorithm, AI, machine learning (as in secret sauce)

- Team building (mandatory fun time)

Algorithm, AI, machine learning (as in secret sauce)
In the same vein, adding the prefix "neural-" to any useless snake oil to make it sound more important than it is. The marketing people at my company are guilty of this.
- Systemic "systemic failure": a word that no one ever used prior to 2008, now used for everything that was previously considered 'widespread'

- Receipts "we have the receipts": typically on Twitter to justify conjecture or half-baked proof of political enemy's bad behavior

- Synergy "group synergy": le sigh

- Full stack "full stack developer": a mysterious animal that never really manifests despite recruiter claims

- AI "we're scared of AI": while ML is a subset of AI according to most groups, it's usually used to describe ML and substituted as AGI

- Monorepo "we run a monorepo": no you don't

Those are some good ones... especially the places that have several different monorepos, as well as a bunch of other repos too.
Velocity, cross-functional, "being Agile"

"Scalable" as a catch-all synonym for "good"

Come to think of it: anything to do with Agile

DevOps

- Connective tissue

- Living, breathing document

- Lean

- Cloud native

- DEI

"Data driven decision making"
Blazing fast, modern alternative to X

Agile

Flat structure

"We're like a family here"

Lack of processes
