Docker Compose's integration for ECS and ACI will be retired in November 2023 (github.com)

that's a shame, it was a very simple way to deploy your local working composed stack in cloud very easily and using it actively for some projects we are working on

It looks like they're moving this out of the docker cli and into its own project: https://github.com/docker/compose-ecs
