I dont want to sound callous but it just sounds like you need to put some effort in to learning it more. Rust is more difficult to understand compared to other languages you might be used to, but it is simple once you understand it.
Of course you could use C, Go, Javascript, [insert other language] but you wouldn't get the same memory safety as you would with Rust and the efficiency without a garbage collector.
