twitter noob here but are you allowed to just make a bot account on it like he did with https://twitter.com/eloonsAlt
I thought you would have had to give them your unique email from a provider like google that requires unique phone number and maybe also give twitter your phone number to make your twitter account.
Also besides the idea of having two accounts, which I didn't know you could do, I thought they were working hard to figure out which accounts were from bots, so they could ban them. They are OK with accounts that are just admittedly bot accounts?
Automated tweeting is allowed as long as it's not spammy or harmful. I think the bots the normally refer to are those that auto-like posts and retweet peoples content for a fee
They support easily switching to your other accounts in app. Elon himself got his alt account exposed a few weeks ago. Doesn't seem to be any rule against it.

Yes because I'm probably allowed to do everything on Twitter that the billionaire owner of Twitter is allowed to do. OK that was sarcastic but I see what you mean.
