Ask HN: Help with start-up partnership proposals

Hi. I am in the process of launching a web start-up. I have been working around the clock for 6-8mths.

I have built a prototype, a beta launch version etc and have launched in private beta online.

I am been looking for partners to bring value to my product, namely mobile developers, programmers and also a person to act as ceo, handle business, media, finance as well as muck in with app design etc.

I have found someone who is perfect, what is the best way for me to move forward with them.

We are both financially independent, don't need an income, we both agree to work without pay on the project.

How do i enter an agreement with them. How do i ensure what I disclose can't be deversed somewhere else (non-disclosue?)

They won't be bringing money, so what do i offer them for their work, when at this stage their is no evidence what they will do, or how much.

I'm sure this problem has arisen at every start-up, I'd love to know the best way to move forward.
