Breakthrough Nasal Spray to Combat Opioid Overdoses (nexlumina.com)

I remember seeing articles about peoples inability to afford or purchase naloxone so unless this is significantly cheaper I don't see how this improves the situation. It doesn't strike me as a breakthrough when these treatments have been around for decades (60 years!) but people still just can't get their hands on them.
