I have to admit that I often clicked “Don’t tip” when I’m prompted. It is not just the small business that are in crisis, the average customer had it bad as well. One single click to save an extra 10-20%? I’m going to do it every time

...I'm curious now: what does one do with several $100 potted figs a year? If they're dying off at that rate, surely after the first few times you'd take the trouble to work out why?
