I'm looking for a remote job ATM and I've stumbled upon this ad. Everything about it looks perfectly fine except for the anonymous hiring aspect:

" You could use a pseudonym.

You could use an avatar and voice-changer for meetings.

You do not need to reveal your real identity.

We use Noxx for contracting and payment, so you can work without the risk of revealing your identity to us. "

Ok, I get it, some people do moonlighting and they sure don't want to be exposed, but Frost guys go full blown 007-style secrecy. If they're fine with you moonlighting they're already on your side! Why go that far?

Has anyone had any experience with such setups? No crypto, a reputable industry with some interesting tasks to work on but such a weird hiring practice.

Is it a major red flag? Does it mean that they cater to a particular developer demographics whos needs I (not being part of the said demographics) don't understand?
