File to C Array Converter (github.com)

Reminds me of a "data assembler" I wrote in Python that packs up both linear and pointer-based data structures for inclusion in an AVR8 project.

Hard to say if this tool does anything which xxd -i cannot do (https://linux.die.net/man/1/xxd)
