Is it sane to use ChatGPT for drafting a privacy policy and TOS for a tech/app startup? Lawyers are probably absurdly expensive for this type of stuff.

Any other reasonable methods for this?

You pay a lawyer to do this so you can hold them accountable to produce a waterproof draft. You could use ChatGPT to draft your TOS... but are you willing to hold yourself accountable?
