I don’t agree with any of the political views of these people, but my inner developer can’t revel in the failure, it’s too painful.

Hope nobody is fired over it, but I’d imagine Elon is running out of people to fire at this point.

Over the past 6 months I believe any reasonable person who is still there is quite comfortable with the thought they may get fired at any point for whatever.
Why is called layoffs when Meta, Microsoft, Google, etc let people go to lower costs but firings when Twitter does it?
because only one of those four has a PR email address that only responds with poop emojis.
Yay. Spin up the Mastodon instances for the K-Street exodus.

Because there will be board and campaign meetings on platform risk after this.

Give them their branded snowballs to launch at the other instances.

"Capitalize" on the resulting fallout with naming and identity solutions. Ironic the names we use.
