[–] orbz 3y ago ↗ - Easier to keep similar working hours by default.- Export restrictions to some countries/territories.- Simplified payroll, compliance and benefits.- Contractual obligation for data processing within US which if you have remote employees would violate.- Less worries about communication styles.- Easier to do team off sites.- US jurisdiction as incentive to not violate employment contracts.- Not beholden to potentially onerous employee protections in other countries.- Research tax credits for US employees.All of which you’ll have to figure out how to apply for each place you hire from.
