In Munich at the moment and heard his his talk yesterday at TUM (they're doing a rockstar tour). Seems they consider themselves the arbiters of the technology and will determine when we're good and ready for it :).
Indeed, our new unelected, unaccountable leader of AI technology Sam Altman, who has no serious conflicts of interest, will be that arbiter. I feel safe already. /s
