“Conclusions and Relevance Among 20 health outcomes that were monitored in near real time, a safety signal was identified for only myocarditis or pericarditis. Consistent with other published reports, these results provide additional evidence that COVID-19 vaccines are safe in children.”

The denial is staggering at this point. No, this study points to risk of myocarditis or pericarditis.
The existence of some amount of risk, and the conclusion "is safe", aren't necessarily at odds.
Ever read the notice of any over the counter drugs you took?
Yes, but they conclude by their metrics, assuming the reporting is accurate, that it's safe:

"It should be noted that either myocarditis or pericarditis is a rare event, with an average incidence of 39.4 cases per million doses administered in children aged 5 to 17 years within 7 days after BNT162b2 COVID-19 vaccination."

Of course, 39.4/1,000,000 versus Whatever COVID-19 does to kids, assuming reporting for that is correct as well.

Also: most cases of myocarditis are mild.
