Ask HN: Which collaboration tool do you use to iterate to product/market fit?

There are hundreds of collaboration and knowledge management tools out there. I've used plenty of them in startups and scale-ups that had more or less established product/market fit.

Does anyone have recommendations for a tool, or system or process, to collaborate while trying to find product/market fit and still ideating and validating assumptions?

At Promyze, we use Slack for IM and Notion for non-tech documentation. For tech knowledge, we dogfood our own tool.

How we work is inspired by Raycast, i.e. monthly focus documents (1): it starts with defining the goal for the month, then lists the projects we focus on.
